We will endeavour to deliver goods which are in stock within 3 – 5 working days. Should the item you have ordered be out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

Standard delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.

Our next day delivery service is applicable to stock items only, and available on request. Delivery surcharge will apply.

Our delivery service covers all United Kingdom mainland addresses and shipping ports however surcharges may apply to some remote areas.

Deliveries should be made on your requested day between 8a.m. and 6 p.m.although this cannot be guaranteed. No liability for any consequential losses or costs incurred due to late delivery will be accepted. We recommend that you do not book installers until the goods have been received and checked.

Our delivery service is a kerbside delivery. For insurance reasons the delivery driver will not take the goods into your premises and you must have adequate help available to offload the goods. You are responsible for getting the goods into your premises.

Deliveries are made using lorries or van and it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there could be a problem (Red route, weight, width or timezone restrictions) you must contact us at the time of order to discuss delivery options.

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not present or because there is not adequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for redelivery.
If goods refused on delivery are found to be undamaged on return we reserve the right to charge you for any carriage costs we have incurred.

If you are unable to take delivery as arranged, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you do not give 24 hours notice you will be liable for a second delivery charge.

You must be at the delivery address to check and sign for your goods at the time delivery is made. You must inspect the goods immediately on delivery before signing the delivery documents. No claims for damaged or incorrect goods can be made after the person making the delivery has left the delivery address unless the delivery documents have been signed as incorrect or damaged.
